Come join us to hear the relaxing sounds of crystal singing bowls\, a steel tongue drum and tuning forks during a sample meditation. \n  \nAbout our Presenter: \nJill Stein is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). With a background in psychology and a passion for fitness\, Jill has been teaching group fitness classes and providing personal training services since 2000. In addition to her fitness expertise\, she became a certified Sound Healer through Life Changing Energy in 2022 and earned a Meditation certification from Yoga Alliance in 2024. Jill is dedicated to promoting wellness through both physical fitness and holistic practices.
