Thank you. \nLocation: via Zoom \nMembers & guests: Free \nAI is becoming integrated into products for all stages of our lives\, including products for the care of people living with dementia. In this talk presented by Carolyn Woodruff\, we will discuss some of the categories where AI products are being introduced and will look at the needs that these technologies seek to address for both people living with dementia and their care partners. She received her master’s in social work at the University of Chicago in 2024. Prior to moving to Chicago\, Carolyn lived in Philadelphia where she worked in legal aid focused on the intersection of rental housing and domestic violence after completing her undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Statistics. SUMMARY:Village Bird Walk
DESCRIPTION:Online registration is now closed for this event. Please call 773-248-8700 to register.\n\nCome join Village member David Baker for a late afternoon bird walk at Montrose Point.  We will welcome back the warblers and others that we saw in the Spring as they make their way from their nesting grounds in Wisconsin\, Minnesota and Canada and seek warmer climes for the winter.  It’s a fun challenge to identify the fledglings and the adults as their bright colors of spring are gone. We don’t call them “confusing fall warblers” for no reason.  We will meet at 4 pm at the entrance to Montrose and conclude by 5:30.  Wear appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes.  Bring your binoculars too.
