|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every month that begins at 11:00 am on day Fifth of the month, happening 2 times

Members & Guests – $20

This program will be presented both in-person as well as over Zoom. To join, purchase your ticket here. Your registration entitles you to attend virutally or in person; registered attendees will receive venue details for in-person attendance and a Zoom link and information on how to join the day before the event.

Come learn about the seven main chakras, relax and enjoy a sound meditation from your own home – or in person with our group at another member’s home!  Join us to hear the relaxing sounds of a Tibetan singing bowl, crystal singing bowls, a steel tongue drum, tuning forks and a rain stick. Jill will lead you through a guided meditation to relax every muscle and joint in your body, providing space for internal and external listening.

Please note: sound meditation is considered safe, but those with pacemakers and pregnant people are aske to consult with their doctor before participating. All attendees (including virtual) will be asked to sign a waiver to participate.

About our presenter:

Instructor Jill Stein is a level 2 Sound Healer, a veteran group exercise instructor and personal trainer with over 20 years of experience and over 15 years experience working with older adults.
