About the Event: We all know what’s needed to age well regarding physical, cognitive, and mental health. However, what about financial and legal health? Attend this program, presented by an elder law attorney, to learn how proper advanced legal planning can help ensure you and your loved ones are setup for success.
About the Presenter: Attorney Katie Casey of Dutton Casey & Mesolaras PC will be leading this presentation, one of only a few Certified Elder Law Attorneys in Illinois. Her practice focuses on long term care planning, estate planning, special needs planning, Medicaid planning and applications, and probate and trust administration. She devotes a substantial portion of her time to helping families plan for the care of a loved one with a chronic care need.
