You’ll also learn mindfulness and grounding exercises to help quiet your mind and focus on the present moment, making collage creation more spontaneous and intuitive.

– What You’ll Do: Create a collection of images and words that hold personal meaning
and reflect your inner self.
– No Experience Needed: You don’t have to be an artist. Join us for fun, relaxation, and the chance to bond with others through art-making. You might even discover answers to questions you’ve been pondering!
About Nancy Gordon, LCSW:
Nancy Gordon is a psychotherapist and mixed media collage artist with a Master’s in
Social Work from the University of Michigan. She works with clients of all ages using
cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies, along with guided imagery,
dreamwork, and art. Nancy is skilled at teaching people how to be more mindful, helping them avoid harmful, unproductive thoughts that lead to self-defeating actions. She meditates daily and loves living on the lake with her dog, Archie.
