Art Matters: A Presentation with Artists of the Village
Wednesday, February 7, 2018 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pmFree
Members & guests–free. Scroll down to register.
At every new stage of our lives, how does our relationship with art evolve? To accompany the exhibition Artists of The Village Chicago (on display now at The Admiral at the Lake through March 5), join us for a presentation featuring Village artists as they talk about their work. Each artist will give a brief presentation, followed by an open Q&A with audience members. Take this opportunity to have an active discussion about the role art plays in our lives, society, and how our approach to art (as viewers and artists) changes over time. Panelists include the following artists: Bobbe Wolf a photographer; Linda Sorkin Eisenberg, a textile artist; and Jaquelyn Zevin, a painter.
- Reservations required for all events.
- For virtual programs, links will be sent to registered attendees via email the day before the event.
