Neutral posture helps us stay balanced, but what helps us stay in a neutral position? The answer is some sneaky core muscles. Come find out where these muscles are in your body, how to keep them strong, and other benefits of strengthening them. Lecture interspersed with practical exercises. Join in on the exercises to your comfort, or just watch and listen. There will be time for Q&A at the end of the workshop.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily and supportive shoes that are well secured onto your feet. Please have a sturdy chair like a dining table chair available.
