Exercise at Home with Jill Stein

This class will have 3 approximately twenty-minute segments of different formats. It starts with Strength for Stability, then Gentle Yoga, and ends with Pilates (done mainly standing or at a wall). Work on functional/full body strength, joint mobility, balance, breath and pairing with movement, and core strength.
For the class, have a stable chair (like a dining table chair), a yoga/exercise mat or towel, and two light hand weights, two water bottles or two cans to use for resistance exercises. Wear athletic shoes that secure onto your feet and have water to drink. Dress in clothes you can move in comfortably and dress in layers in case you get too warm and need to remove a layer

- For virtual programs, links will be sent to registered attendees via email the day before the event.
- For in-person programs, The Village Chicago aims to match participating members by request to Village events when other members who are attending the event are able to provide transportation. When registering, please let the Village office know if you are able to drive or would like a ride to an event.
