First Night Evanston New Year’s Eve Celebration

5:30 – 6:30 PM: Drinks & Appetizers (at the Home of Bobbe Wolf and Hugh Brodkey)
7:00 PM – Midnight: Performances throughout Raymond Park in Evanston
Members & guests – $30. (Note: price increase; registration deadline passed)
Five churches of Evanston are host to entertainment New Year’s Eve. There will be an incredible range of music, dance, poetry and more from some of the worlds finest artists, many who live on the North Shore. Here’s a few: Howard Levy playing Beethoven on his harmonica, magic from “Actors Gymnasium”, Corkey Siegel playing Blue Gras, Erwin Helfer’s Jazz and many more. Members and guests will first join Hugh and Bobbe at their home for drinks and appetizers. Then the group will move to the different performance venues in Raymond Park.

- Reservations required for all events.
- For virtual programs, links will be sent to registered attendees via email the day before the event.
- For in-person programs, The Village Chicago aims to match participating members by request to Village events when other members who are attending the event are able to provide transportation. When registering, please let the Village office know if you are able to drive or would like a ride to an event.
