Join us for a presentation from guest speaker Alisa Bloom, Dietitian and Health and Wellness Coach, to learn about inflammation as the culprit to brain and mood health and chronic diseases.

Attendees will also learn to understand the different types of inflammation and their causes, and about foods and lifestyle practices that decrease inflammation which results in better brain health and lifting mood.

About Alisa Bloom
Alisa is a Dietitian and Health and Wellness Coach in practice for over 25 years who works with people who are ready to invest in themselves to make lifestyle changes for better health through nutrition.

Her coaching approach uses food as medicine in personalized, realistic steps. She also incorporates functional nutrition with herbs and supplements as needed. Her niche in practice is developing a customized road map to address the root cause for clients who are at a crossroads to better their health despite medication(s) or chronic conditions. They are experiencing one or more symptoms of feeling unwell that disrupt their lives. Alisa believes that nutrition can make an impact no matter the starting point.
