Do you live with back pain? Do you have arthritis, scoliosis, osteoporosis, a herniated disc or weak back muscles? Come learn about how movement and exercise may reduce your pain. You are welcome to participate in the movement portion or just watch and learn. The key is listening to your own body and what feels OK to you. Please follow your doctor’s instructions on limitations.
To participate in the demos, wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and shoes that fit well and securely onto your feet. Please also have a stable chair for the seated exercise portion.
About Jill Stein
This tutorial will be led by Jill Stein, veteran personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Jill also leads a weekly virtual exercise class for the Village on Tuesdays (see below for details).
