This program is presented to you in partnership with The Salvation Army. Human trafficking is a silent crisis that extends beyond sex trafficking—it includes forced labor, domestic servitude, and other forms of exploitation. Join us for an important awareness session to learn how to identify and prevent trafficking in our communities.
You can help by bringing essential items to support survivors transitioning into safe spaces: Socks, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, travel-size tissue, hand sanitizer, chapstick, laundry detergent sheets, toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, pens & notepads for recording critical information, flip-flops for shelter showers.
Your generosity can help restore dignity and hope to those affected. Light refreshments will be served.
- Reservations required for all events.
- For virtual programs, links will be sent to registered attendees via email the day before the event.
- For in-person programs, The Village Chicago aims to match participating members by request to Village events when other members who are attending the event are able to provide transportation. When registering, please let the Village office know if you are able to drive or would like a ride by emailing [email protected] or calling 773.248.8700.
