Come join us for a hybrid workshop on reducing fall risk. This workshop is designed to enhance safety for seniors on the move. From ideas for improving mobility to boosting strength and balance, this comprehensive discussion aims to minimize fall risk and promote confidence while being out and about. This program also provides suggestions for getting in and out of cars, and will touch on assistive devices.
Jill Stein is a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), a global leader in fitness certification. Between her degree in psychology and her love of fitness, she found her path to teaching. She has been teaching group fitness classes and done personal training since 2000. She is also a Sound Healer through Life Changing Energy since 2022.
