Free

Members & guests–free. To RSVP, please scroll down. The day before the discussion, a confirmation email will be sent to all registered attendees with details to join via Zoom.

The next LGBTA Book Discussion will be held on Wednesday, August 4. The two books that will be discussed are Stone Butch Blues by Leslie Feinberg and Redefining Realness by Janet Mock. Each of these books deals, in biographical form, with the issues associated with being trans. Among the purposes of the LGBTA Book Discussion is to highlight and discuss the way LGBTA people have been treated both in literature and in life, and to open for discussion topics with which participants may be unfamiliar.

The discussions are held in a safe non-judgemental setting. All members of the Village are invited to attend these lively, informative, engaging discussions. Peggy Walker is the host and Bill Gordon is the discussion leader.
