An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Thursday, repeating until Thursday, November 17, 2016
Join this 7-week program to learn practical strategies to reduce the fear of falling and to increase activity levels. Each week participants learn to set realistic goals to increase activity, change their environment to reduce fall risk factors, and learn simple exercise to increase strength and balance with an exercise component and discussion.

- For virtual programs, links will be sent to registered attendees via email the day before the event.
- For in-person programs, The Village Chicago aims to match participating members by request to Village events when other members who are attending the event are able to provide transportation. When registering, please let the Village office know if you are able to drive or would like a ride to an event.
