A revolution from the prairie, the mail order catalogs of the Sears Roebuck Company and the Montgomery Ward Company introduced a new type of retail commerce. These two Chicago retail giants had a huge impact on life in the United States for much of the twentieth century. What has happened? Take this course to find out, and learn how retail history has repeated (and evolved) over time.
