Watch the film any time before the discussion–or enjoy the discussion and be persuaded to view it after! A filmmaker forges an unusual friendship with an octopus living in a South African kelp forest, learning as the animal shares the mysteries of her world. At the 93rd Academy Awards, it won the award for Best Documentary Feature. Village member Mel Washburn will host a discussion of the film via Zoom this Saturday at 3:00 PM.
