Short Story Intergenerational Discussions

Join the Bridging Generations Professional Board for more short story discussions! For March the group will be reading pieces by Alice Munro, a Canadian short story writer who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2013. Munro’s work has been described as having revolutionized the architecture of short stories, especially in its tendency to move forward and backward in time.
All are welcome to join one or all of this month’s lively intergenerational discussions. Zoom links are sent out the day before each discussion While the this group meets weekly, members and guests may choose to drop in for one or all discussions.

- For virtual programs, links will be sent to registered attendees via email the day before the event.
- For in-person programs, The Village Chicago aims to match participating members by request to Village events when other members who are attending the event are able to provide transportation. When registering, please let the Village office know if you are able to drive or would like a ride to an event.
