People with dementia can continue to live full, rich lives with the proper supports. Skills2Care is an evidence-based occupational therapy program that benefits both family and formal caregivers and the people with dementia they care for. Join us to learn more about how this program helps to improve the well-being and skills of caregivers, reduces behaviors such as resisting care that sometimes occur and can slow the decline in daily function for persons with dementia. If you are feeling overwhelmed or concerned about the person with dementia you are caring for there is hope and help available.
