Stonewalled: The Chicago Gay Men’s Chorus in Concert

Friday, May 17, 2019 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Members–$40 & guests–$42 (if something included put here). Registration deadline: May 15. To register, please click here or call the Village office at 773.248.8700.

See the Chicago Gay Men’s Chorus in a special concert to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots in New York City on June 28, 1969. The civil unrest that took place on that occasion is generally regarded as the beginning of the modern LGBT civil rights and social justice movement. The Village Chicago LGBTA Committee is proud to host this event, as members of the LGBT+ community and its allies celebrate the progress in social tolerance and advances made in that movement. And the acclaimed CGMC promises to make the occasion a celebratory and jubilant time for all!
