Stronger and Healthier At Any Age

Come learn about the powerful impact of strength training on health and well-being from Fred Bartlit, author of Choosing the StrongPath, Reversing the Downward Spiral of Aging. Find out how strength training can fight and even prevent the symptoms of aging: sarcopenia or muscle wasting, osteoporosis, and yes, dementia.

An internationally recognized trail lawyer, Bartlit, now 85 has been practicing StrongPath for 35 years and says “My lifelong experience resulting from good exercise habits and techniques demonstrates that frailty need not be an inevitable part of aging.”
