The Savvy Caregiver (6-week series)

Do you have a friend or family member living with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia? If yes, This program is for you! The Savvy Caregiver is an interactive educational program designed for caregivers who assist family or friends with Alzheimer’s disease or any other form of progressive dementia. In this program, participants are shown how to create and modify strategies that they can use to lessen their own stress and improve levels of care.

- For virtual programs, links will be sent to registered attendees via email the day before the event.
- For in-person programs, The Village Chicago aims to match participating members by request to Village events when other members who are attending the event are able to provide transportation. When registering, please let the Village office know if you are able to drive or would like a ride to an event.
