What Matters? | A Healthy Aging 4Ms Forum

This is an important discussion on “What Matters” to you, and how to make your wishes known to your doctors, family and friends. Join us and Dr. Lauren Gleason as we explore ways to identify what is most meaningful to you, and then how to act upon it.
Hosted by the SHARE Network (Supporting Healthy Aging Resources & Education), this event is part of a newly developed course of healthy aging education called the 4Ms Forum. The series is split up into four main topics that are central to healthy aging–Medication, Mobility, Mentation, What Matters.
About Dr. Lauren Gleason
Dr. Lauren Gleason is a board-certified internist and geriatrician at the University of Chicago Medicine. She sees patients at UChicago Medicine South Shore Senior Center, Symphony of South Shore, and on-line consults at UChicago Medicine. She has an interest in interprofessional education around the 4Ms and associated quality improvement to build Age-Friendly Health Systems.
