If you’ve ever slipped on the ice or been too afraid to go out in the winter, but don’t want to be shut in till spring, join us for some safety tips and come ready to share some of your own.  Winter Safety will be an informative and interactive hour spent learning how to stay safe and active during Chicago winters with local Occupational Therapist, Karrie Stanley. We will cover topics including safely going out and navigating transportation during inclement weather, ways to reduce your risk of falling, and how to best care for yourself in the cold. We hope you walk or roll away ready to go out and embrace all that Chicago has to offer!
