Research shows that throughout life, women are often more affected by worry and anxiety compared to men. Retirement, caregiving, health and relationship changes can bring distinctly different reactions compared to earlier in life. Whether feelings of unease are familiar or new, we can surprised by their intensity. In an intimate setting we will share and reflect on our experiences with anxiety in the latter half of life. Using our wisdom and research-based information, we will learn self-care techniques and when to seek more formal support. Led by Licensed Clinical Social Worker Kate Krajci.
