Have you been to the Ray? The Village is excited to partner with the DePaul Ray Meyer Fitness and Recreation Center.

Their beautiful pool is the perfect setting for our first Aqua Zumba class:

This high energy, low impact workout combines the excitement of dance with the benefits of water exercise. It is gentle on the joints, great for balance and flexibility, and guaranteed to make you smile while you move. After the 60 minute class, stick around for a meet and greet at Ray’s snack area to cool down, chat, and connect with other members.

This is just the beginning of what we hope will be many more classes and activities at the Ray. Bring a friend, grab your swimsuit, and get ready to make some waves!
