Mindful Monday
Tune into our final of three “Mindful Monday” virtual sessions, every other Monday in March we are focusing on mindfulness. Mindfulness refers to the act of focusing on the present moment. The Village Chicago has partnered with local mindfulness instructor and healthy aging specialist, Cheri Stefanelli, to guide these sessions. Whether you are new to the practice, simply seeking ways to feel grounded in a chaotic environment, or a mindfulness expert yourself- we welcome you to join these free sessions.
About the Presenter: Cheri Stefanelli is a Holistic Wellness & Health Practitioner with expertise as a Healthy Aging Specialist, IPEC Life Coach, Fitness Professional, Yoga E-RYT and Reiki Practitioner. She focuses on empowering individuals to achieve optimal well-being through a combination of coaching, mindfulness, fitness, and holistic practices. With a passion for helping others thrive, she also serves as a Community Health Educator and Meditation Instructor, guiding people toward healthier, more balanced lives.
