A new release on Netflix, Don’t Say Good Luck, is a bittersweet coming of age story about Sophie Birenbaum (17-year old Sunny Sandler, Adam’s daughter), who gets the lead in her high school musical Waitress (hope you remember that movie). But during tryouts, she finds out about her mother’s illness. A simple, beautiful story where the characters actually care about each other, something we can all use these days. Appearances by Steve Buscemi (Fargo‘s funny looking guy), BeBe Neuwitrh, and John Lovitz.
