Kevin Costner plays the new coach of a predominantly Latino high-school in central California. He and his new students have much to learn about each other, including that the boys are exceptionally talented, but more than just raw talent, their strong family ties, incredible work ethic, and commitment to the team all drive them to success. A great sports/highschool film based on a true story. Some Village members said they cried when watching.
