Returning to Lawrence Kasdan (Big Chill, Grand Canyon, Body Heat, and writer of Raiders of the Lost Arc), here’s his homage to the western with a star-studded cast (Kevin Costner, Kevin Kline, Danny Glover,Linda Hunt, and many others). Led by Scott Glenn, 4 cowboys enter the town of Silverado, which is controlled by a greedy rancher and a corrupt sheriff. Roger Ebert praised the film and gave it 3.5 stars.
