Emma Stone, before 2010, did several films (Superbad, Zombieland), but she burst onto the scene in Easy A, much like her character Olive. A smart, entertaining highschool movie about what happens to a small lie in the day and age of cellphones and social media. Yes, the “A” refers to the Scarlet Letter. Great, enjoyable supporting roles include Stanley Tucci, Patricia Clarkson, Thomas Hayden Church, Lisa Kudrow. Enjoy!
