For those who have experienced and fully understand the life altering experience of losing a spouse. The purpose of the group is to connect with others, share experiences, and help each other through the challenges of finding new meaning in life.
This month the group will be discussing: The “Why Not?” List: What are three things you’ve thought, “I’d like to do that someday”? What is actually stopping you, and could one of them happen in the next six months? Can we as a group facilitate this?
