Scientific studies show benefits such as a stronger immune system, reduced anxiety, and slower heart rates. This practice involves immersive, mindful engagement with nature through sensory-opening activities. The gentle walk covers less than a mile in 2 hours, with opportunities for sharing and a tea ceremony. Designed for adults, it promises peace and a deeper connection to nature.
