What To Wear:
Please wear comfortable attire that feels easy to move in. Doesn’t have to be athletic wear. If you tend to get cold please consider bringing an extra layer. We prefer that you exercise without shoes, so please bring socks. However, if you’d rather keep your shoes on, that’s completely fine too!
Jess Morales is a movement instructor with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Movement Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a certified Pilates instructor through Pilates Sports Center. She began her teaching journey with Pilates, which was essential for her rehabilitation after two hip surgeries during her dance career. This experience sparked her passion for helping others through movement. Since then, Jess has expanded her expertise to include various modalities, such as Oov, Corealign, The Pink Ribbon Program, functional strength training, Z Health, Melt Method, and somatic movement. Her teaching is personalized, meeting clients where they are and offering options to deepen their understanding of their bodies through mindful self-exploration. Jess believes that lasting change begins with becoming aware of daily movement, which helps clients break free from restrictive patterns and explore improved movement function. With years of experience working with seniors, athletes, and individuals recovering from injuries, she fosters a supportive environment where everyone can thrive on their movement journey.
