Pathways to Care: A Guide for Future Planning

This event will be held at Sheil Park, 3505 N Southport Ave. 

Join us for an in-person discussion about future care planning. This presentation will be led by trusted care management professional Debbie Feldman and will delve into important topics such as what residential options are available in the community, key differences in terms of pay structure and support between the various options, should I move or stay home with in-home care, and Debbie will address important questions to consider in making any of these decisions or plans for the future. Whether you are needing to address these issues now or want to begin to put a plan in place for the future, this presentation is for you. Hope to see you there!

About the presenter: Debra Feldman is an Aging Life Care® Manager with over 30 years of experience working with older adults and their families to navigate the challenges of aging by helping them adjust, cope and problem-solve long-term care planning issues. She established her Aging Life Care Management Company, Debra D. Feldman & Associates, Ltd. in 1991. Debra is a licensed clinical social worker. She received her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a Past President of the Board of the Aging Life Care Association and served on the Aging Life Care Association’s National Board from 2018-2023.
