Our weekly Walk Around North Pond is getting a meaningful twist this month! In honor of National Caregiver Support Month, Occupational Therapist Julia Holcomb will guide a gentle stroll focused on mindfulness, movement, and conversation around supporting both caregivers and ourselves. Whether you’re a caregiver or simply looking for connection and fresh air, all are welcome!
