Pelvic Wellness Workshop

Wednesday, November 6 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Members & guests: $15

Location: Via Zoom

In this workshop, we will talk about the relationship between breath and pelvic floor health as aspect of overall well-being. This connection is essential as it directly influences core muscle strength and can help prevent various health issues. The pelvic floor comprises a set of muscles and tissues that form a supportive network at the base of the pelvis. These muscles have a significant role in maintaining pelvic organ support, controlling continence, and ensuring sexual function. A well-functioning pelvic floor is essential for everyday activities and quality of life. To promote pelvic floor health and core stability, we will focus on breath awareness, specific exercises, diet and hydration.
