Tiny Theatre Presents: American Buffalo

Sunday, March 20, 2022 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Free

Members & guests–$3.99 on Amazon, or free on television. To RSVP, please scroll down. The day before the discussion, a confirmation email will be sent to registered attendees with details to join via Zoom.

As a pandemic-friendly alternative to live theatre-going, the Tiny Theatre is excited to present a virtual discussion group over Zoom. American Buffalo was written by well-known Chicago playwright David Mamet, who based his stories on the language of “low-life” characters. The play has become an international showcase for actors, and this spring it is opening on Broadway starring Hollywood stars such as Laurence Fishburne, Sam Rockwell and Darren Criss.

This Tiny Theatre event will share reactions to the 1996 version
of the film of American Buffalo starring Dustin Hoffman, which can be seen on TV before the discussion, or rented on Amazon prime.
