People are living longer, and medical technology continues to make advancements. Having an advance directive helps to ensure that you get the care that you want! The Five Wishes is a low cost and legally binding advance directive that is easy to understand and does not require a lawyer. The document covers naming a healthcare agent, medical decisions, and provides space for spiritual and social-emotional wishes as well. This presentation will focus on how planning ahead can be empowering and reduce stress on our loved ones.
