This May, Health Hub tackles sleep and the brain. We’ll chat about how sleep is related to brain health, as well as tools and ways to enhance our own sleep habits. Health Hub is a monthly program designed for people who care about their health as well as the research behind different topics, and chatting with others who share that sentiment. Part of the session is informational, and part of it is discussion focused. Feel free to bring articles you’ve found on the topic at hand to chat with the group about, or any fake news you’ve found for us to debunk.
