Saturday Afternoon at the Movies – In Person!

Every Saturday afternoon, join fellow film aficionados of the Village for an in-depth discussion of films new and old, led by Village member Mel Washburn. On the last Saturday of the month, the group will be meeting in person to view a movie at the Landmark Century Cinema (2828 N. Clark). After the show, meet the group in the theatre’s bar area to discuss the film (no drink purchase required).
This week, the group will watch Air (2023) at 12:30 PM. You can purchase tickets the day of the show, but we recommend purchasing in advance to secure your seat. Click here to purchase for the 12:30 PM showing of Air on Saturday, May 28th.

- For virtual programs, links will be sent to registered attendees via email the day before the event.
- For in-person programs, The Village Chicago aims to match participating members by request to Village events when other members who are attending the event are able to provide transportation.
