This week: A DOUBLE HEADER! Spencer (2021) & The Eyes of Tammy Faye (2021)

Spencer (2021) is an imaginative historical drama starring Kristen Stewart & Jack Farthing. The marriage between Princess Diana (Stewart) and Prince Charles (Farthing) has long since grown cold. Though rumors of affairs and a divorce abound, peace is ordained for the Christmas festivities at the queen’s estate. There’s eating and drinking, shooting and hunting. Diana knows the game, but this year, things will be profoundly different.

The Eyes of Tammy Faye (2021) stars Jessica Chastain as the iconic and infamous televangelist. In the 1970s, Tammy Faye Bakker and her husband, Jim, rise from humble beginnings to create the world’s largest religious broadcasting network and theme park. Tammy Faye becomes legendary for her indelible eyelashes, her idiosyncratic singing, and her eagerness to embrace people from all walks of life. However, financial improprieties, scheming rivals and a scandal soon threaten to topple their carefully constructed empire.
