A modern adaptation of the classic love story, Shakespeare’s R&J tells the story of four prep school students who become enthralled with Romeo & Juliet after they begin an informal play reading group after school. According to the PrideArts description, “perceptions and understanding are turned upside-down as the fun of play-acting turns serious, and the words and meanings begin to hit home and universal truths emerge.” RSVP below to join the group for a self-hosted dinner at the Bar on Buena before the show!
