Join the Village Men’s Group for a presentation and Q&A with Carrie Espinosa, owner of Horizon Benefit Services and expert in Social Security and Medicare. Learn about proposed changes to both programs and how they will affect the program’s long-term solvency and your financial future, and get a chance to have your questions answered.

About our presenter: Carrie Espinosa is the Owner and Principal Advisor of Horizon Benefit Services, serving employer groups and individual clients in IL and WI. Carrie is an experienced Benefits Broker, Medicare Specialist, and Insurance Advocate with an unparalled passion for her industry. With a commitment to healthcare equity Carrie understands the intricacies of health insurance, ranging from employer sponsored plans, to ACA (Affordable Care Act) plans and Medicare.

Carrie was recently featured on the Shift Shapers podcast and in Crain’s Chicago Business. She has authored articles for the Daily Herald and has contributed to health insurance and healthcare stories locally and regionally. She teaches a Medicare enrichment class for CLC and developed an Affordable Care Act Class for the Small Business Development Center of Lake County. She also teaches the Medicare & Medicaid portion of the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
