Cognitive Chat

Tuesday, March 12 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Free

Members & guests: free! RSVP below.

Tune in for a virtual conversation about what is part of the normal aging process, what isn’t and what can be done when cognitive changes are occurring. Kat Kline, a local social worker, will be hosting this event for members. There will be plenty of time to discuss and ask questions, as well as learn more about resources available at the Chicago Center for Cognitive Wellness.

About the Presenter: Kat Kline is a well-rounded clinician who has specialized education in workplace issues, complex trauma, ADHD, co-occurring disorders, cognition, & aging. Kat works from a trauma-informed, LGBTQ-affirming, harm-reductionist perspective that incorporates elements of peer support, ACT, parts work, & DBT – and has recently started to study & incorporate somatic therapies.
