Life can be really stressful! Did you know that too much stress can be detrimental to your brain health? Tune into this virtual session about stress and how it relates to our brains, our bodies, and what we can do to fight back. We will discuss some time tested ways we can work to reduce stress. Our special guest, Jill Stein, who leads exercise and sound meditation sessions for our Village, will discuss how music and sound correlate with stress and brain health. She will also discuss and lead attendees in a brief mindfulness practice. If you’re sick of feeling stressed and ready for a change, or just curious about brain health, this is the session for you.
